This Glashütte Original PanoMaticCalendar in 18K rose gold is a modern masterpiece that exemplifies German watchmaking precision, technical ingenuity, and timeless elegance. Part of the Pano collection, this model introduces the brand’s first annual calendar complication, combining mechanical artistry with contemporary design.

Crafted from 18K rose gold, the case measures 42mm in diameter and approximately 12.4mm in thickness, offering a balanced presence on the wrist that is both luxurious and refined. Its polished surfaces highlight the warm hue of rose gold, while the sapphire crystal case back allows an unobstructed view of the in-house movement.

The silver-grained dial features Glashütte Original’s signature off-centered time display, with hours and minutes placed to the left in a fine guilloché subdial, overlapping a small seconds register. The right side houses a moon phase display with deep blue tones and golden accents, paired with a curved month indicator arc. The brand’s iconic Panorama Date at 4 o’clock ensures maximum legibility, using two concentric discs without a central separation.  

Movement – Caliber 92-09

At the heart of the PanoMaticCalendar beats the Caliber 92-09, an automatic movement meticulously developed and manufactured in Glashütte. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and delivers an impressive 100-hour power reserve thanks to its optimised twin-barrel construction. The movement is finished to the highest Saxon standards, with Glashütte stripes, bevelled edges, blued screws, and the signature 21K gold oscillating weight with the brand’s double-G logo. The annual calendar complication automatically accounts for the varying lengths of months, requiring adjustment only once per year, at the end of February.

Paired with a hand-stitched brown Louisiana alligator leather strap and secured by an 18K rose gold folding clasp, the watch is as comfortable as it is visually striking.
