It has 34 jewels, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the patented Patek Gyromax balance that’s adjusted to cold, heat, and isochronism and 5 positions. It includes a 21K gold rotor and it’s stamped with the Patek Philippe seal. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz).
